Best for Watersports - Expert review of Cardiff International White Water

Wild rapids in the city? Go on, push the boat out!

I was dubious when I learned about this white knuckle attraction. Anyone who’s had the pleasure of genuine white water rapids would be. A visit to their bayside establishment soon put those thoughts to rest; if anything, its artificial set-up makes for an even better experience... They control just how wild your ride is! It also makes them a very popular training ground for budding canoeists. At £50 a pop, it’s not the cheapest attraction. But for two hours of exhilarating fun it’s highly recommended.

Price advice:

£50 for two hours

Expert tips:
Stag and hen groups can arrange group bookings with added fun.
Groups of children can enjoy parties involve raft making and problem solving.
There’s a pleasant cafe on site. Great for parents or partners who can’t handle the ride!
